Mancata restituzione della cauzione

Continuano a passare giorni, mesi, senza ottenere il rimborso dovuto nonostante le molteplici comunicazioni inviate in proposito. Veramente un comportamento poco serio.

Ciao Stefania, mi dispiace che tu abbia avuto questa esperienza.
Comprendiamo perfettamente l'importanza di ricevere tempestivamente il rimborso e abbiamo adottato misure per rendere il processo di rimborso il più agevole possibile per i nostri clienti.
Richiedere un rimborso è facile. Dovete accedere al vostro conto online (ad esempio, myregus.com), selezionare Conto > Fatturazione e pagamenti > Saldi dei depositi/depositi, dove è disponibile una sezione specifica per la richiesta di rimborso. Confermeremo quindi la data e l'importo del pagamento.
Il rimborso verrà elaborato entro 30 giorni dalla data di scadenza del contratto o dalla data di richiesta (se successiva). Si tratta di un processo automatizzato. Tuttavia, vi chiediamo di seguire alcuni passaggi di sicurezza nell'ambito della nostra politica di prevenzione delle frodi.
Le abbiamo fornito in precedenza una data di pagamento e stiamo attualmente indagando sullo stato del suo rimborso.
