Largely positive except when dealing with the payments team
The centre team are friendly and helpful and the space is nice to work in. Very disappointed with the accounts/payment team as they have incorrectly charged me for a service I didn't use and have spent months explaining to them that this was incorrect but they just say 'there's nothing we can do' which is unacceptable. It's a shame because otherwise my experience has been largely positive.
Update:
After posting the above review (with 2 stars), the customer service team got in touch with me and have now refunded me the incorrect charges which is great, just a shame it took a bad review to get something to happen.

We’re pleased that you are satsifed with your local teams support and apologise if you had later frustrations.
As part of our customer policy, we provide quality teas, coffee, milk, sugar, glassware and cutlery to all customers that they can enjoy along with their guests. If for any reason you don’t require this service, you can opt-out at any time by logging onto your online account.
You later chose to have it on a ad-hoc basis, however, the charges were not applied as you were already set up with the monthly service. We have since removed the monthly amounts – you can now use the service whenever you need to.
If you have any further questions, please continue to speak with your centre team or submit a query to us through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (myspacesworks.com).

Our business moved our head office to within the Spaces building at Chalfont Park in 2023. All our staff are very pleased with the move and love the new office space which is light, airy, clean and comfortable.
All the staff at Spaces are very friendly, helpful and always willing to try their best to rectify any issues we face, the centre manager in particular is brilliant. Thank you for having us!
