BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE
After renting for 6 months, Spaces automatically renewed my contract. They sent an email before this warning about it, and sent a link to cancel on their website. I canceled on the website, and they still renewed the contract. I showed proof that I canceled on the website (my ip and browser history) and they "investigated throughly" and found they were right and I was wrong. Do not rent from this company.
EDIT:
After multiple appeals, to people higher and higher in the company, they removed the fourth month penalty, as well as the increased rate, which was not in effect when I signed contract. Not the most satisfactory ending, but much better than it originally was. I would still highly caution anyone renting from this company to be sure to not only cancel on the website, but also in writing (email) and verbally with the company, in order to confirm that it has actually gone through.

As you are already aware we ask that our customers submit their cancellation requests via their online account (myspacesworks.com).
If for any reason this is not possible, we will happily review an email cancellation request and make any necessary changes.
