Wonderful customer service
I have never encountered a more friendly and professional customer service.
I've pretty much bothered them with everything:
1) I've had questions about delivery options;
SiriusHerbal went out of their way to find minute differences in delivery I was interested in.
2) I accidentally underpaid a small amount. They were very understanding and decided to disregard my mistake. They only asked for the receipt to make sure I wasn't scamming anyone. Kudos on that!
3) I was a little bit late with payment (about 20 minutes) during the online payment window on their site. They were fine with going out of their way on that one as well.
4) Last, but not least, from what I can tell, they made sure to send a little bit over the agreed weight of the goods, and not under the agreed amount.
You guys are awesome, keep at it, and thank you for everything once again!

Great shop. Custumer support is great. Defoult shipping to my countrey was on costier side, but after contacting them, they found 50% cheaper option. Im grateful for that. Products are also great!
