Good Customer Service.
I had a problem that the company’s A I was unable to solve therefore reported the problem. I quickly received an email from Salus giving me a number of links to try to resolve my problem. This was followed by a further email a couple of days later asking if i was still having problems. I replied that I did and received an immediate reply with step by step instructions. This worked and the problem was solved. Couldn’t ask for better service.
