I applied for and received my cycle to work voucher within 24 hours! site was easy to use and im getting a bike much cheaper than i thought! Great stuff! I emailed in to the helpdesk though because i couldnt see the number i needed to redeem - the helpdesk were great (Jasmine pointed out it was at the top of email! :))

Very slow to get vouchers in shop.
Last one would not open, but was charged and now customer services said no refund.
Still awaiting resolution but won’t use until resolved.
Avoid!
