Recently secured a rental through Rodgers & Finney. The team, James in particular were efficient and friendly throughout the application process and in making arrangements for signing the lease for the house. All queries were answered quickly and property was as presented when we moved in. Would happily recommend to any prospective tenants, very easy to deal with.

Rodgers & Finney were the agents for a purchase I made in the Summer of 2021.

Throughout the case Phil McVitty specifically demonstrated exemplary professionalism and went above and beyond to service the needs of both the vendor and myself as buyer.

The promptness and thoroughness in response to any query, and manner in which he represented the vendor to me, helped resolve issues, and projected any queries back to the vendor was second to none.

I cannot recommend Phil, and the wider Rodgers and Finney team enough - I will definitely be recommending him and the firm to my friends and family, and using them myself when the time comes to sell.

Absolutely fantastic service from ryan mcavoy at Rodger and finney! Helped with the sale of our house during a testing time with the pandemic and the sale dragged on for near a year with a few hurdles along the way. But ryan was absolutely brilliant and kept us up to date with everything and nothing was ever to mush hassle for him! He is fantastic at his job and he has made us very happy with getting the sale completed and over the line after a long stressful few months! Can thank him enough and will defiantly be recommending and using him again in the future. He is a credit to of worked with. Thanks again.

I engaged James to take charge of a Change of tent in rental property for me. He seamlessly dealt with the previous tenant to arrange keys and photographs etc. Found me a new Tennant and sorted all necessary agreement paperwork within a week. Very highly recommend.

Regular contact was maintained throughout the for sale period and we had the property sold within only a couple of weeks, at a price over the asking price! Sold my house at the start of lockdown in 2 days I got much more than I expected for it. Selling and buying houses is a very stressful time never mind the fact we are in the middle of a global pandemic. But Ryan was so helpful and professional during the whole process. Be very wary if you see a Rodgers & Finney 'To Let' sign appear in your area.

I had a very bad experience with this estate agents.

Serious issues with their tenants, with police being involved many times, over a period of many months, and then ignored by the estate agents when I raised a complaint with them to get help in resolving the issues.

I made a complaint to the relevant authority which was upheld. I have also managed to resolve issues with their current tenant - with no help from Rodgers & Finney at all.

I live alone with my son and this estate agent placed a very troubled young man in their property with no thought or regard to the trouble this could cause for us trying to live a normal life. We spent months living in fear in our own home and all concerns raised with Kirsty were dismissed and ignored.

I would not rate this estate agent at all and wish there was a 0 star option.

Sold our house in 2019, Phil was great to deal with from start to finish. Friendly and professional service with prompt communication throughout the process. Reasonable set fees which are made known from the outset. Would recommend Rogers & Finney.
