Superb tv (LG Qned), price and delivery were great. Only issue was with the York branch, who advised me that they had an example of the tv in store for me to view prior to purchase, but having made a special 80+ mile round trip it turned out that they only had a previous years lower spec model on display. Disappointing from a service perspective but took a punt by buying the tv online without seeing it first and have to say it is all I hoped for, so apart from a wasted journey, no real harm done.

I ordered a pair of Sonos Era300 speakers from them under their friends and family scheme. Also a Sonos Arc Ultra sound bar and Sony Bravia 55" Oled TV. Their service and communications were excellent. Delivery on both occasions was on time and went without a hitch.

I had been looking to upgrade my TV to a 55 inch LG G5 55 inch OLED before the world cup started and had searched through all the suppliers website sites to work out the best value deal. Over a period of 5 or 6 weeks, Richer Sounds consistantly offered the best price on this item but in addition to that they were offering an LG Soundbar to go with the TV at a fraction of its value when bought with the TV I wanted. When I checked the latest price a week ago and they were offering the soundbar for zero cost I made the decision to visit the store in York to discuss the deal. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions. They were also offering a free 6 year warranty on the TV so I purchased it and the TV and soundbar were delivered the following day.
They are both set up and working perfectly and I couldn't be happier with both items. If you are considering making a purchase of any electrical items, I recommend you have a look at Richer Sounds before going elsewhere. If my experience is anything to go by, you will be impressed with what they have to offer
