Excellent range of gear is available in this Southampton branch with staff, led by a brilliant manager (Rob), having the expertise to ensure that you get the system (or part) that you require. The 'Sound Room' is perfect to help you make your choice. The staff were friendly and helpful and, despite being very busy, managed to keep all their customers happy. My order was shipped the following day with one item which had sold out being located in one of the other branches. Delivery service was very good, reversing the negative reports found against many agents. Highly recommended

The service was very good I was able to order TV as a present for my granddaughter over the phone with ease. It was also delivered 4 days early very good.

I ordered the Wiim Pro Plus online as I was on holiday. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the Southampton shop, my local store, to say they had one in stock and would put it by until I could pick it up. Excellent customer service. The Pro Plus is great too!

Marc and the team at Richer Sounds made me feel welcome, I have purchased many parts & Audio equipment from them for years, Jim is an expert in connectivity & Diract, I like chatting with them for educational purposes they know what they are talking about, it my one stop shop for Audio.

I bought an expensive Arcam A15+ amplifier after over a year of research. I was shocked to unbox it and find it was VERY comprehensively faulty.
The staff at Richer Sounds were very sympathetic and professionally quickly sourced a replacement. The 2nd Arcam A15+ is installed and has made a real significant leap in the sound quality of my system.
This exceedingly rare fault was effortlessly sorted and fixed.

Love this company. They make it easy to speak to someone on the phone who can give you straightforward informed advice. No pressure tactics, just a nice conversation and recommendations. This makes me feel it would be disloyal to then go off to some faceless entity to make my purchase. So I have a painless experience, they secure the sale, it's all good.

Good customer service. Paul listened to what my request was, went through some options and arranged for a demo time to be booked. Unlike the original hi fi retailer I tried.
So I should have gone to Richer Sounds straight away!
