Brought a TV from Richer Sounds Solihull. - Karl served me. He was Very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice.
I have always had a great experience when purchasing with Richer Sounds in Solihull.

We didn't understand how we were supposed to connect all the wires etc properly. We phoned Richer Sounds Solihull and when the got back to us we got great service and advice. Thankyou.
We still don't understand most of what is going on but we do now have access to the TV channels so we are no longer stuck in the dark.
It is likely that we will be back in touch once we have decided what we would like to access now. This won't be for a while though.

Reliable delivery service and excellent tv set

Bought a TV from here in the sale. Salesperson answered all of our questions professionally with a smile.
Purchase process was easy and delivery of the TV took only three days from order date. Wednesday order, Saturday delivery.
Pleased with our purchase and its six year guarantee.

Delivery of first item was bang on arrived at time specified,2nd 2days later on time delivery,installer rang same day as purchased hadn't received purchased items so couldn't arrange installation,there contact as been really good installation taking place on Monday

Rang Solihul to make an enquiry regarding a TV. I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Once I had decided which TV to purchase I rang back to place an order over the phone with Karl.
Delivery was booked and all went smoothly. A couple of days later Karl emailed me to make sure all was okay.
I am more than happy with the TV and the service I received from Karl and the Solihul branch. I would not hesitate to deal with Richer Sounds again in the future. Very good customer service. Thank you.

Very helpful telephone conversation to select the item I wanted to buy. Quick and efficient payment system. The item was delivered next day as promised.

Went into the Solihull store to purchase a new TV. The advice and service from Martin at the store meant I got a better model than I had identified, and saved £400. What was a really nice touch was receiving a direct email a week later to ask how we were getting on with everything. Will 100% be using them in the future.

My selected products were delivered to my local store within the stated timescale when I ordered.
The day it arrived someone from the store called to let me know and that I could collect it at my convenience
