disappointed that fixings in rear panel screw sizes not given.
l had to visit B&Q to buy correct size screws/bolts to secure wall mounted having discovered correct sizes.
Also no timed switch off control as on previous Samsung.

The option to arrange a specific time to go in and view/purchase the equipment outside normal opening hours is also a major plus. And they even offer to cover car park costs if relevant!!

Mind you getting mum to speak to a remote control is going to take some doing!
Jon also recommended an installer, luckily I didn’t need him. Received the CELLO 50” this morning. Brilliant clear, step-by-step, installing instructions (and pictures). Hey presto we have a functioning TV. Can’t believe I managed to install without any outside assistance. More importantly mum has a working TV again.
Very pleased with the exceptional customer service from both Jon and the delivery team from BJS.
Would highly recommend.

I choose an amplifier of another make, and it was installed by one of their staff.
Everything was 100% plus.
I would advise any persons seeking Hi-Fi equipment to firstly contact Richer Sound. They won't be disappointed.

Great experience. Staff is very polite and helpful. As an ex salesman I have a little advice. When you selling TV, you can always offer some accessories to top up your sale. Like a soundbar for example. I brought my TV home and realised that it would be great to improve the sound and got soundbar from another trader.

My purchase for a Christmas present was faulty and returned for another one— this took 4-5 months to arrive but it was out of stock therefore unfortunate— your staff were apologetic but I had to wait — they come across as an honest bunch — upon arrival I was instantly informed and all good. I will call again.

I purchased a product online from Richer Sounds. It was delivered quickly and appeared to be good quality (Soundbar and surround speakers). Unfortunately, the sound quality wasn't great. I also needed support from the manufacturer (Samsung) when setting it up as one of the surround speakers just wouldn't associate with the system. Phoned Richer Sounds support (UK based) very helpful, talked me through the process which we agreed I would go to a local store and discuss alternatives. Went to store, very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me choose a new product, arranged collection and delivery. Everything resolved in less than a week. Thank you Richer Sounds and your Norwich Store and customer services on the phone. Great service!

I have made purchases from Richer Sounds before and I am pleased that they were able to offer me a very good deal this time.
Matt. was very helpful and went to the trouble of contacting an installation firm to set up of new TV. Unfortunately, the firm did not get in touch as requested and in the end I had to make other arrangements. Whilst this is not directly Richer Sounds fault. I think they should, perhaps, review who they use as their contractors.
Delivery was, as usual, very good and the delivery firm used very helpful.
I will definitely make Richer Sounds my first stop for any future purchase.

The manager at the store was so helpful. Didn’t have the Sonos Ace available in store and needed them urgently as a gift. He said he could order them for next day delivery but even checked other stores locally for me as well to check their availability. Went above and beyond and always friendly and knowledgeable service without any selling pressure. Would go nowhere else and bought them for next day delivery.

The day I went to the shop to look for my hi fi the guy spent ages with me and talked me through different items. After it was delivered I set it up and had a couple of problems so my wife rang the shop and within half hour a young man was at our house and sorted it out for me I couldn’t thank them enough
