Great business to shop with. The sales staff & manager could not be more helpful and are very knowledgable when guiding me to the best product to purchase for my needs.

The two guys that delivered my purchase to me also need a mention as they were two gentlemen. Their attitude, care and professionalism showed through. An excellant representation for their company.

I'd ordered a Roberts radio online and asked for it to be delivered to a store as I didn't want it leaving on my step.

The notification came quickly and the product was in the store in a couple of days with no trouble at all. No problems whatsoever.

I had a television delivered and I realised I had ordered the wrong size when I rang Richer Sounds they could not have been more helpful I ordered a different television which was delivered promptly and the original was returned I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from Richer Sounds again .

I've never had a bad experience with Richer Sounds, this was my first time visiting the Newcastle store and the team were just lovely - I'd only purchased a cheap pair of headphones, but the experience was welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. I will be back!

Excellent service from a professional, really good price, could not deliver on day I wanted so they knocked £10 off the bill. Brilliant.

Everything went through very easily and product was delivered on time although when informed by DPD items were going to be delivered at a specified time I did inform them that I wasn't at home and could it be delivered next day and they confirmed this but items were still delivered the same day and was left with a neighbour. I appreciate this was nothing to do with Richer Sounds but otherwise all was good.

Colin advised us straight away that we might not need the product (preamp). So it proved. We ask about record players if a better quality than ours and he made it v clear. Will return come the time.

Excellent customer service as always. Been using Richer sounds for many years. Needed to upgrade our old Cambridge audio system as DAB tuner no longer viable with most stations moving to DAB+. Now we have an internet streaming unit that has excellent sound reproduction and is surprisingly easy to use.

Ethan’s help in choosing my turntable was invaluable. He answered emails and my questions promptly and invested time. When I went to choose my turntable, both Ethan and Harry were knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable.
