Fantastic customer service from beginning to end.

Rik was a great help, especially with the arrangement of the demos & listening to my needs, as a consumer.

Once I had decided on the equipment, he was more than helpful in sourcing the items & ensuring I got the best deal.

I'd also like to say thank you to Ahmed - even though he does not work at that store, he's help on collection made the experience of purchasing even better.

Both are a credit to the Richer Sounds team.

Not purchased anything from Richer Sounds in a long long time but what a fantastic experience.

Massive range of products at great prices and the staff were friendly, helpful and items where delivered the very next day as promised what more can I say.

Richer sounds have always been my preferred retailer for anything audio/visual.
I've been a customer for over 30 years,in time purchasing from Sheffield,Leeds,York and Kingston.
The staff in every shop have been exceptional.
One of the main things I like is the honesty of the staff.
At times I've felt like treating myself to a new "gadget" only to be told I'd be wasting my money on trying to improve on whatever item I wanted to replace.
To some companies that would be a lost sale,to me and I'm sure many others ,it's this knowledge of the staff that makes me return again and again.

No actual problem with staff at Leeds store, just the time it took for the system and speaker stands to arrive. Also the Cambridge Audio Amp CXA81 MK2 was faulty. No sound from B speakers.
The guy who came to set it up Jeff had no clue with Apple iPhone to connect to Cambridge Audio CXN100.
He wanted the full £80 but left with it not working properly and said I should go to Apple Store to find out why, because it is a known problem with Cambridge Audio connectivity.
He also said he would be in touch with the store to get me a replacement amplifier. This took about 2wks, then when he said he was coming, he didn’t twice.
There seemed to be bad communication between him and store and after me spending nearly £3000 it was very disappointing.
It was almost a month before I began to enjoy my system which I am very pleased with eventually.

I did a last minute click and collect order and was panicking it wouldn’t come in time. I called the store and they couldn’t be more helpful. Great service as always!!

Richer Sounds is an employee owned business. We were looking to replace our TV which we had bought back in 2011. The team gave us great advice and arranged for installation of our new TV with a local installer. The Leeds team and their installers were just magnificent.

Bought a Sony tv from them 2 years ago, broke down called sorry as they covered 1st 5 years of warranty because I wasn’t registered they wouldn’t repair it, richer sound went above and beyond and they took on the responsibility to repair the tv, they sent out an technician who said they can’t repair it,so they sent out a voucher for a new tv. Can’t thank them enough, absolutely brilliant service. I’ve been buying items from them for many years and they been spot on.

Anthony gave us a great deal on an LG G6 55" and sound bar, and delivered it the next day. We've bought our last 4 TVs from Richer Sounds; always a great price and great service.

Excellent service and technical knowledge from Harry in the Leeds branch, he is a credit to you and provided excellent customer service to the extent of helpfully carry our new TV to our car.

I went in to buy some passive speakers. Mikey was very friendly, attentive and was happy to take time with me listening to different models. The staff were patient, cheerful and also very helpful with other bits and pieces we were looking for.

Apologies for not remembering the name of the salesman but I was impressed with his relaxed and friendly attitude. I felt comfortable spending £1000 with no fuss and ease of purchase.

I always go to Richer Sounds first because I've always valued the effort made to find what I need at the best price and with honesty. I went in to Plymouth recently chancing my arm for a pair of speakers that were end of line. They didn't have them but checked and mentioned a pair in Leeds. I ran the Leeds stire and they gave me the best deal they could which left me over the moon with the product and service. I'll be back again soon for sure.

We had bought a Panasonic TV that developed a fault but unfortunately had neglected to register the TV for its warranty.
We called Richer Sounds Leeds who were fantastic at helping us sort it out . I wish I could remember his name who we spoke to, he was great. We rung late in the day and he was due to go on holiday ,sorted out what he could at that time and promised it would be followed up with his manager which it was next day. Every has been sorted and I cannot commend Richer and their staff highly enough. Fantastic Service always. Thank you

As an older person who recently bought a small smart TV struggled (but eventually succeeded) to set it up with all the QR & verification codes . Setting up WiFi ok as used to that . We elderly miss the days of engineers !
