Richer Sounds - Holborn Reviews 

Can’t say it was particularly GREAT. I said what I wanted (a CD deck). A number of alternatives were shown to me OnLine and I chose one of them. RS didn’t have it in stock so I had to wait a few days for delivery.
The one problem with the product I received is that it didn’t have the curved top edge shown in the OnLine photograph I was shown but life is too short to pursue a quibble.
This note is not meant as a serious criticism.

I had great help from the staff in helping me find the best setup I could for my budget. The kit arrived as expected on the agreed date and I’m delighted with the end result.

Faultless attention to detail.

I would say Swiss efficiency.

Had a problem with my TV and Richer Sounds couldn't have been better in sorting out the issues. Good old fashioned customer service...it still exists!

When visiting Richard sounds I knew I was interested in the Cambridge evo but had no idea whether it would be the right product for me and what speakers I would want . I dealt with Peter first then Elliot both were really helpful and nothing was too much effort . I was steered towards any products or pressured to purchase anything . Do te decision at the end was all mine I was just given helpful advice . When I finally purchased I found Steve really helpful and I was made to feel I would of gotten the same service wether I spent 100s or 1000s so thanks again for your help and I’m really happy with my choice.

Great phone advice on what (to me at least) was a complicated connection issue. Friendly service. And the advice worked!

As always, first class service from Richer Sounds staff at Holborn.
Wharfedale 9.0 speakers arrived very quickly, even though I did not pay for an expedited order.
They are such quality speakers for such a bargain price.
Folk might like larger speakers and pay more, as I have for another room, but these small Wharfedales are something all of their own - diminutive and unfussy; providing a detailed and lovely listening experience. Nothing to compete with them at all.

Delivery excellent then all fell down . Was very excited to get a new telly however on assembly found the peice this was last Friday that fastens the tv to the stand was missing unfortunately I had already installed our old tv a Samsung frame in my son's bedroom. Rang customer service who suggested leaning it against the wall so I could watch it !,he said they would order the missing part but it wouldn't arrive TILL MAYBE next week it still hasn't arrived and the tv is leaning against my living room wall I've put it back in the box From hero to zero.Imsick of the sight of it and her indoors isn't very happy.Is this the end of a beautiful relationship , apparently they want me for lifexxx

I always come to Riches Sounds to buy my serious hifi purchases. The advice and warmth and customer service is second-to-none. It's one thing to look at something online and wonder if it's good as the reviews say it is. It's another to go to Richer Sounds and know that what you're being recommended is worth it.

I've been using Richer Sounds for decades. You can't beat being able to go into on of the stores to see / hear what you are buying, and to receive expert advice.

Bought a Majority dvd player which is excellent which seems to transpose audio into text which is brilliant.
Also if you register with Majority get a three year warranty.
