The salesman knew exactly what I wanted. Got it straight from the stock room explained how to set it up and in about 5 minutes I was on my way home with my new recorder.

Contacted Richer Sounds Hanley regarding a replacement turntable drive belt. Will responded immediatley with a few suggestions to try first, prior to placing an order for the drive belt. Great communication throughout. I highly recommend Richer Sounds Hanley.

Liked that the staff had a good knowledge of the products. Wasn't been pushed to go for the more expensive rear speakers. Explained what would happen regarding delivery. Price matched or bettered with other companies from around uk. Gave me a discount on alternate screen when original would not be available until june

We recently decided to update our tv we went to richer sounds Hanley shop with a rough idea of what we needed but were not exactly sure of the technology available and how it works.We spoke to Christopher who advised us on what was best for our needs provided with a written quote and no pressure to make a decision.After giving it some thought we decided to purchase the package suggested.Although we have never dealt with this company before we feel able to recommend them if you need some guidance as to what to buy but not necessarily down to price

Wanted a TV and knew exactly what model I wanted. My local store had it in stock and also had the best deal on price and it came with a 6 year guarantee included. The shop assistant had it ready for me to collect and loaded it into my vehicle. What's not to like?

They priced an ex-display TV at a significant discount. Being from RS it was still in excellent condition.

I've been emailing the company over a problem I had with the tv, this has been going on for some time, but the company have gone up and beyond to try and get to the bottom of the issue. Eventually it turned out to be a problem with wiring, I have apologised to the Manager who has been really understanding, I wish to thank the.

On a recent visit to purchase a new TV and soundbar, we received first class service and advice from the Hanley team. Jacob in particular was extremely helpful and helped us to finally choose products that were both fit for purpose and within our budget.
