Helpful staff. Came away with exactly what I wanted.

We recently decided to update our tv we went to richer sounds Hanley shop with a rough idea of what we needed but were not exactly sure of the technology available and how it works.We spoke to Christopher who advised us on what was best for our needs provided with a written quote and no pressure to make a decision.After giving it some thought we decided to purchase the package suggested.Although we have never dealt with this company before we feel able to recommend them if you need some guidance as to what to buy but not necessarily down to price

It is never too much effort at Richer Sounds to try before you buy, we changed our minds after purchase and went back the next day to get the amp we wanted, great service as always, I would highly recommend Richer Sounds Hanley.

There’s a team of expert people who are Incredibly helpful and their VIP discount scheme worked to provide a discount that was Lower than a low price I’d already been offered.

Really helpful knowledgeable staff, chose the wrong product originally but no issues when returning for an exchange . Would definitely recommend

Wanted a TV and knew exactly what model I wanted. My local store had it in stock and also had the best deal on price and it came with a 6 year guarantee included. The shop assistant had it ready for me to collect and loaded it into my vehicle. What's not to like?

They priced an ex-display TV at a significant discount. Being from RS it was still in excellent condition.

I've been emailing the company over a problem I had with the tv, this has been going on for some time, but the company have gone up and beyond to try and get to the bottom of the issue. Eventually it turned out to be a problem with wiring, I have apologised to the Manager who has been really understanding, I wish to thank the.

On a recent visit to purchase a new TV and soundbar, we received first class service and advice from the Hanley team. Jacob in particular was extremely helpful and helped us to finally choose products that were both fit for purpose and within our budget.

Price was good and salesman knowledgeable was good

Great customer service! I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, and Jacob was great at talking through the options and giving advice. Ended up with an audio system I’m very happy with at a good price.

Great service and demostration Jacob was very knowledgable on the various options and suggested an excelent upgrade on the speakers

It was smooth with no pressure selling and the store manager who sold us this item is a proper gentleman.

The Samsung 65 inch OLED television is the best on every points and we are very happy with the purchase.

The price was £350 cheaper compared to Curry’s, and while we were at Curry’s they wanted to sell us the LG.

Once again Richer Sounds are far better then its competitors.
