I have known the brand and used it for 40 years. The very fact that it is still going strong says a great deal about it. The staff are genuinely knowledgable and share their information in an educated way. Their products are comprehensive, deliveries quick and pain free and their prices; well, you will always find an outlier somewhere remote, but for a national chain with conveniently located stores, they're hard to beat. Very impressive!

I talked to a sales person about the specific tv I wanted and their response was very helpful and professional.
The TV was delivered within days and the delivery people were on time, kept me informed and were very careful and professional.

The telephone ordering was simple, the delivery fast, the loudspeakers excellent.

Liv at Chelsea has been extremely helpful, guiding us in selecting the right components for a complex cinema setup in a large student hall of residence. Without her diligence, we would probably have got it wrong.

Really excited to get my Samsung q990F I found the sales team helpful and there was no pressure to buy. I received it in good time so well done Richer sounds. I would like to know which bracket is recommended to attach to the tv wall bracket have looked but to many choices
