I have been a customer of Richer Sounds now for a few years and have to comment on their excellent customer service - not only are they extremely knowledgeable but nothing is too much trouble. I have had to have a couple of home visits due to some technical issues which have been resolved very quickly. I cannot recommend their products or service highly enough!

Helpful staff, prompt ordering and delivery.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was able to answer my questions in regards to being able to connect the new turntable to my existing amp setup. Ordering the turntable was so easy and was delivered next day as promised. Setup was easy and sound is brilliant.

I had a great experience purchasing my new LG B5.Huge thanks to Ed for the brilliant customer service—he made the whole process incredibly easy. Delivery was also spot on and right on time. Highly recommend Richer Sounds!

Brilliant staff. Went to Harrods to see demo units but they used Richer Sounds site to show us a unit so we went there. Highly recommend!!!

There was an issue with the credit card payment system which resulted in my being charged twice for the projector I’d purchased (despite assurances from your sales manager that the first payment had not processed). In fairness this was sorted quickly following a phone call to you but it shouldn’t have been necessary.
Annoyingly also the projector arrived with a mains lead that did not fit and I had to use the one from my old projector.

I had encountered the best experience ever dealing with the staff at both the Chelsea and London Bridge branches. Ordered a product at Chelsea and was delivered in a timely manner for collection at the London Bridge the very next day. Staff at both stores were very friendly and accommodating to my enquiries, and tried their very best to help. Thanks you!

We had some initial tech problems to resolved, but sorted these out well and I’m very happy with the soundbar purchase. Service with a smile was much appreciated.

Great help from Alistair. Going the extra mile for customer service. And excellent installation by Petar. Let down only by delivery men trailing dirt through my house.

I was again greeted and assisted with my purchase in the most helpful manner. Knowledgable and well informed I went home for a couple of days to consider my options before returning to the Fulham Road Store and placing my order. It was speedily executed with assisted delivery and installation in my home in a matter of days. All very reassuring for a technophobe and I am entirely happy with my purchase - what more could i have asked for - I am most grateful, Thank you.

Always helpful staff. Rh seem to give in bias opinions and are always give you ideas and advice. Never feel pressured to buy something and they always seem to connect with you once you have made a purchase to see if all is going well.

I’m tech phobic, hesitant to get a new bedroom tv in case too complicated BUT all problems ticked off the list by Richer Sounds

The Fulham Road branch has offered exceptional service for decades. The staff are all so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & professional. They go above & beyond every time.

Took a long time, but eventually gave me a voucher to replace a tv that didn’t do the job. Now have a perfect tv and I am very happy.
