I was buying a record player/ turn table for my partners birthday with no idea what I should buy, the staff were so helpful. They didn’t push anything on me just gave amazing advice and guidance on what would be best suited. I Will definitely be recommending them to others and will certainly be going back to buy more. Paul was extremely helpful in the Bromley store in helping me find the best turntable. He advised what was best for a beginner and also helped to speak matching speakers. Service was brilliant and he kept me updated on the delivery to store as I had to arrange a collection. Would 100% recommend and will be back in the future!

Mark and his colleague could not have been more helpful. This company's staff know their products; they like what they do and it's reflected in the halp and advice given. Don't bother going anywhere else.

The staff are very knowledgeable and will not sell you a product if they don’t believe it would fulfill your criteria, for instance, I was looking at a set of speakers , KEF q7 metas, an noticed a set of speakers that were nearly £200 dearer , the salesman told me that the speakers I had in mind more than fulfilled the criteria I had laid out and in comparison he believed the KEF to be superior , I admire and respect this kind of honesty and integrity in a salesperson, it shows that it’s not just a fast buck and that they do indeed want you to have the best experience possible, I have received all of my system in good time and couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The telesales representative (Sean) was very helpful with the choice of hifi as an anniversary present for my husband. The system is perfect for our home and my husband loves it! The amp alone(Cambridge) was worth the majority of the price and the Denon deck and Wharfdale speakers are brilliant. The staff answer promptly and are very friendly.

I met Shaun 18 months ago when he was just begining and now he's a smart trustworthy person.

Received a call back after requesting information about a Samsung soundbar via email. Staff member talked me through the features and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. Bought the item and received it when I was told it would arrive. Great price, too.

Staff was helpful and keen to find the right tv for me.

Sales reps were busy when I first walked in which I appreciate. However it took a little long for one of them to make eye contact verify my presence, but once they did I waited around.
I must say though, had I not pretty much made up my mind to purchase that day, and was browsing with possible intentions of buying, I may have walk out, because the store is awkwardly small, and when you are not being immediately acknowledged by some means of communication, it becomes a little weird and you do find yourself asking yourself very quickly "Can they not see me".

The sales reps was very pleasant and informative. I think I was served by a Manager if I'm not mistaken. Him and his colleague seem to combine well with each other, not cluttering information or talking over each other. I enjoyed the brainstorming and the sales experience regarding the items I was comparing, and appreciated their honesty. They listened well and did not over complicate Reponses to my questions.

From me to Richer sounds, You have always providing good customer service on my visits, but better than this, you have always providing good pricing. Stick to this motto, and you will achieve your customer for life goal. I am 42 and made my first purchase in my early teens.
