Update (May 2026):I would like to share an update regarding this issue. About two and a half months later, the company contacted me to resolve the situation.Here is how they handled it:Apology: They formally apologized for the poor experience and the long delay.Resolution: They sent me the 2 missing boxes from my original promotional order.Bonus Gift: They included a generous complimentary gift — a bonus box for a 3-month supply.In their email, the manager explained that the delay was caused by a technical glitch in their customer service messaging system, which prevented my initial messages from being processed. They assured me that measures have been taken to prevent this from happening again.I am glad that Purelogicol ultimately proved they value their reputation and long-term customers. I am updating my rating because their swift action and generous compensation completely corrected the mistake.

I have been using purelogical products for 15 years. Both the skin and hair collagen peptides capsules work well for me and I have no reason to try a different product. I’m happy with the service, although The products are costly, they do work and provide for my nutritional needs.

It took almost 3 weeks before I got my parcel because of UPS poor delivery system.
