Rats, Darkness, and Zero Accountability
I’ve parked here for 15 years, and the decline is honestly unbelievable.
First—this place has a serious rat problem. Not exaggerating. We’re talking rats the size of a football running around in broad daylight. It’s been like this for years, and nothing meaningful has been done.
Second—safety is clearly not a priority. The exterior of the building is extremely dark at night because they refuse to fix or install proper lighting. I’ve personally asked multiple times over the years, and it’s been ignored every single time. It feels unsafe, period.
Then there’s the parking situation, which is borderline deceptive. They sell monthly parking, daily passes, reserve floors for the city, and also accommodate a neighboring car dealer—yet still oversell daily parking to the point that monthly customers can’t find spaces regularly. What exactly are we paying for?
They also don’t enforce handicap parking at all. Cars without placards take those spots constantly, and nothing is done about it.
For over a decade, the elevator license was expired—only recently replaced with a temporary one. That alone should tell you how this place is managed.
On top of that, they block off “5-minute” spots in the front, but employees use them whenever they want. Rules for customers, not for staff.
And to round it out, the daytime attendant is often rude, dismissive, and more interested in smoking than helping customers.
After 15 years, I can say this clearly: this garage is poorly managed, unsafe, and completely unaccountable. There are better options—go find one.
AB JP Morgan Chase
AB, also known as Amda Awedew, has been one of the greatest workers I’ve had the opportunity to encounter at JP Chase McCoy center . He consistently demonstrates honesty, professionalism, and a high level of respect toward the people he helps. His ability to remain understanding and patient in all situations truly sets him apart. AB takes pride in his work, communicates clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure every person he assists feels valued and taken care of. His strong work ethic and positive attitude make a real difference. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate the level of service he provides every day.

Made a reservation during Lunar New Year for the One Greenway Garage only to have the reservation not honored whenever we arrived at our parking time. The attendant was rude, as was their supervisor whenever they got them on the phone. No recourse was offered. When I emailed Propark Mobility through their booking website asking for a refund I did not receive a response, to multiple communications. I have since reported them to the BBB and the city licensing board for parking establishments. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The parking attendants are great but understaffed. Company has attendant take several pics of each car from different angles which makes the waiting time to park in the morning is at least 30 minutes. Unless you arrive 45 minutes or an hour before your shift starts, you will be late.
The experience at Rincon Center valet…
The experience at Rincon Center valet garage on 10/10/25 was wonderful, until 1:30p when I went to retrieve my vehicle and validate the all day parking I prepaid. The small angry attendee called me bro and blamed me for his failure to communicate how to get my exit ticket validated. No thank you, not again. Not in front of my guest or by myself. No self-respecting person needs that treatment. Go Bears! Stay golden

They damaged my car and claimed that I DID IT MYSELF! Always inspect your car for damages when giving it to them and when picking it up. Even the person who did it was fired according to the manager of this facility, their Claims department did not admit it, still. Cameras outdated and they could not recover when and by who in the garage it was done, meaning I did it. Claims department Manager Christopher Mendez does not pick up the phone-has message that he is in the meeting. I called multiple times between 9 AM and 7:20 PM trying to reach him, but message it the same-"I'm on the meeting" 24/7. I wonder if his boss aware of all these meetings and how "busy" this guy is. Just keep this in mind when using Propark
Easy. All of it. EEEEAAAASSSSYYYYY
Easy to book. Secure parking never once had to worry about my car on my trip. Would love a return customer discount or program.
Easy and close to terminal.
Trying to charge me 2-3x the posted rates!
Used QR code to pay for parking in Cincinnati. Rate the site was trying to charge me was more than double the advertised rate. No explanation why. No way to contact anyone. Chatbot was useless and not customer-friendly.
Felt my car was safe parking there
Felt my car was safe parking there. Close to the port and convenient to prepay for parking
Extremely poor customer service
So far, paying close to $300 a month for street parking in a garage. They rent out space to some taxi company that has about out 7 men (none who are from the building) who stare at you as you go to your vehicle and then stare at the vehicle as it leaves at around 7AM. When I asked the person on duty(who made eye contact with me through the glass door but didn’t even want to get up to unlock the door, until I knocked) about the men and why are they staring he told me about the taxi company and literally told me the ProPark employees are not security. So what are they there for? He said to monitor but isn’t that what cameras are for? Doesn’t that make him obsolete? The next day on the roof, paying all that money not to have assigned parking, there was snow. When I asked about them removing the snow, I was told they removed it the night before. I told them it snowed throughout the night and the roof was covered. He told me they couldn’t do it at night bc they couldn’t see but if they can’t see how are people parking their cars at night? It seems that either Bozzuto or ProPark just want your money and once your in they could care less. Thoroughly unhappy with the service and attitude of these companies and can’t wait until the contract is over to move.
Fast, Easy and Friendly
The online parking pass purchase was quick and easy , and it allowed me to sail right into the lot. Plenty of parking, lot in good shape, and the people working there were friendly and positive. Thanks
Overall great experience
The parking lot directors weren’t super friendly, and signage could have been better, but reserving a spot ahead of time kept the process quick. The luggage porters were amazing. And the employees manning the entrance line, security, etc. were all knowledgeable and personable. Overall great experience!
