Heather McKenna ' Premier' Service Provider !!
Heather McKenna was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products and her service provision and friendly manner were great.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to having to return a set of door handles by Carlisle Brass - not up to standard and their packaging was very poor - very little protection for the brass ware.
Not Premier's fault - very pleased with them and have subsequently bought more from Heather .Thank you M/s McKenna !!

What a super service!
What a super service! I mistakenly ordered black faced tubular latches with my stainless steel door handles, which was spotted by the sales team. They thought it looked odd so called me to double-check that's what I actually wanted and once I (embarrassingly) admitted my mistake, they changed the order to the correct latches. This saved me a load of fuss returning items and reordering etc., so full kudos to Premier Door Handles. A brilliant catch!
The handles and latches arrived very swiftly and were well packaged.
I cannot fault their service and will definitely make them my first stop for future purchases.

These handles are made in Italy and look great and appear to be great quality.
