Good price and speedy delivery. Recommended.

Good price, quick delivery, well packaged. Not much chance to improve!

Payed for on 21-08-26 delivered 04-09-26. After numerous calls and much frustration.

Using an incompetent delivery service. Parcel lost and i have had to chase it to find this out - 4 days after it was meant to be delivered.

Ordered a Dewalt Stapler & Staples, website said it was in stock.
On the expected day of delivery I was told that there was a stock issue on both items and I would be refunded. This wouldn’t have been so bad if at that point their website had been updated, It hadn’t, and still showed both items in stock. I questioned this again and was told both items were not in stock. I checked again online, still showing in stock.
Basically they are trying to sell things they don’t have and don’t care what inconveniences they cause as a result.

Ordered a leaf blower and a strimmer. They arrived via DPD on time. Packaging on strimmer badly squashed in transit. More concerning was that it had obviously been stored for a while in a damp environment and box was torn. Worse still, it had been repacked badly and taped up with sellotape. Looked like something you might get from EBay sold as nearly new. Informed their customer service and was asked if I’d keep it in exchange for ten quids’ worth of vouchers to be used on a future purchase. Thing is, if you try out the machine it’s then a used product and the store will hand responsibility to the manufacturer warranty. Told them it would need to be a better discount offer to convince me to try it. Shouldn’t be a quality control lottery ordering from a major retailer like this. Purchases should be in unopened original packaging in good condition. The other part of the order was fine so no reason for this. Waiting to hear back from them at the moment.
