Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong - from rude customer service - to one week delay , including multiple missed delivery resulting in losing time, to then discover that you actually ship via team expert global - never ever ever again

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. What a complete waste of time and energy. Pack and Send were unable to complete any aspect of a very simple job.
1. Pick up was late.
2. Delivery went missing.
3. When I followed up they were incredibly rude.
4. I was promised they would contact me with an update after they'd looked into the issue. That never happened.
5. They were unhelpful and utterly clueless on each occasion that we contacted them and they never once contacted us as promised.
6. Eventually they declared the package missing.
7. Clearly Pack and Send did absolutely nothing to look for the parcel because the recipient of the parcel decided to take things into her own hands and located the driver who she was able to contact directly. The driver located the parcel and delivered it.
8. The parcel had been opened at some point along the way and rummaged through.
9. After we had located it on our own they contacted us again to declare the item missing.

I will NEVER do business with them again and I would strongly recommend people avoid them at all costs. Mistakes happen but the way they dealt with the mistake demonstrates that they they really could not care less.

Now wait for them to respond here with a standard-issue cut and paste apology...

Got a ''JOKE' reply / apology

Got a reply / apology - UTTERLY CLUELESS - STILL ...A 'cut & paste' standard form apology. Telling me how 'seriously' they take my feedback = BULLSHIT ! They're apologising for the ''DELAY'' in the delivery, when there HAS BEEN NO DELIVERY ! We're into the 4th week of a ''next day delivery'' These clowns aren't even aware the $360 worth of goods has been lost - no contact, unless WE or our very upset client chases them down NO RESPONSE from this *NAME REMOVED* who is apparently the team leader - Some kind of leader....doesn't repond to requests to call and explain what's happened ...and what what the likely resolution will be ? You can SAY you care, you can say you take the matter seriously... but that's all lip service - why not DO SOMETHING ? ACTIONS NOT WORDS ! Where's my call *NAME REMOVED*? DO YOUR JOB ...EXPLAIN YOURSELVES ! Tell us what's going to be done about the situation ? You beat Telstra , Qantas and The Commonwealth Bank for dud service and shifty behaviour - NO MEAN FEAT !

Not Transparent

My parcel sent about 1 month ago and today I got billed another $25 for additional handling fees due to incorrect size and weight. This is not true as i use ruler and scale to measure my item before pay for the service. There was no prior communication from Pack and Send and then charge my credit card for the amount. I am currently launching a dispute for this charge. This is absolutely not professional without any transaparent and bad customer service. I will not use them again!

Any additional costs can't be quoted at the time of booking, as these are billed by our carriers after collection & delivery completion. After investigation & once we have the necessary information from the carrier, we will promptly review your case and provide you with a comprehensive explanation of the charges. If there are any errors or discrepancies, we will take immediate action to rectify them. We value your business and appreciate your feedback.

I don’t know what about others but they…

I don’t know what about others but they literally took 400$ for the stuffs to send back to nepal from auburn weighing around 9kg while i weighed it was 5kg at home, and they didn’t told me about the customs blah blah everything and now they asking me 400$ extra for to get home delivery to the receiver? And mine total goods worth 300$ why they mentioned 500$ on invoice? And mine going nowhere its roaming from sydney to kathmandu till today already been 8days or more

International shipments can be tricky and not every country isn't the same and will have its own rules and guidance for personal items being imported into their countries. All detail on shipping with PACK & SEND, is outlined at the time of booking and acknowledged by the consignee, by accepting & making payment.

ON 21 DEC 2023 : BOOKED PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE .

- NO UPDATE NOTHING -

ON 2nd JAN 2024 : TRACK THE ITEM

THE PICK UP DATE that I booked was on 27 DEC 2023
BUT they came and tried to pick it up on 21 DEC 2023 , the reason was because they were busy around that time so they picked whenever convenient for them .
THEN why would I book a pick up date ? if they want to come anytime they want ?
obviously the parcel was not ready and they could not picked up .
I had to cancel my PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE because there was no other way to fix there own faulty work . Also with very rude customer service . she said will be refunded in a week .

- NO REFUND AFTER 2WEEKS and HALF _

ON 18 JANUARY : THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE MY PARCEL IS .

I HAVE CANCLED ON 2nd JAN .
now she is saying it has been picked up on 3rd JAN .
and she does not know where is the parcel .
YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME .
I have canceled on 2nd and now you are saying it has been picked up ? and told me to do what she told me to.

BTW SAME RUDE LADY WHOM WE FORGOT TO COMPLAINT LAST TIME.
STILL RUDE , NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER
7-9days to investigate where my parcel is .

Our online service is a basic platform and is a 9am to 5pm collection and unfortunately if this doesn't happen, we need to be contacted ASAP so we can rebook. I usually have an excellent experience…

I usually have an excellent experience with Pack & Send but over this week I've had 2 parcels not picked up due to incorrect address provide to allocated pick up companies when I know I have provided the correct address.

This has almost cost me an event as I needed product to arrive on a certain date.

We do unfortunately see complications with our carriers but we are always trying to improve this service with them and encourage this feedback. Our online booking service is a basic tool that generates a collection window of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. For a more specific collection time, we do recommend going direct to a local Pack & Send Service Centre who can assist with this request.
