The first thing that was awesome about our purchase from Omaha Steaks was it was very affordable, and arrived quickly after we ordered in a well packaged container that kept everything frozen. We ordered the steaks, hotdogs, hamburgers, apple tartlets, and potatoes. Everything is absolutely delicious!

I cannot vouch for the quality of their products because I never received my order. And while I know that losing one order is not the fault of Omaha Steaks, terrible customer support is their fault. I am sick and tired of companies like Omaha Steaks whose automation and 3rd party customer support try everything they can to keep their metrics and your money without delivering what you ordered.

The steaks are great have tried three of your dinners Lasagna Chicken and Dumplings and Shepherds Pie the dinners are terrible can’t stand them for the lack of taste and poor ingredients I have the pit roast left to try but almost afraid to try it with the outcome of the other meals

Sent a gift box of sockeye salmon filets to my cousin; she loves salmon! She was very excited to receive this and is keeping them for herself, one at a time so she can savor. She gave the burgers (!) to her daughter's family as she doesn't eat beef and they have a teenaged son. One order made everyone VERY HAPPY. Thank you.

Pork chops are no bargain, cooked perfectly and they where dry and no difference taste than 1.99$ chop.hamburgers looked like saw dust and tasted know different than my butcher’s hamburg. COD was very good.didn’t try steaks yet I hope they are better than chops and hamburgers. To me the prices are way over priced!

My employer rewarded me with $300 in Omaha Steaks gift cards. I had never done business with them before. I was thrilled to have this reward, but my excitement soon turned to utter frustration.
After taking a while to pick out the steak packages, I went to check out. On that page, I saw that the price was 15% higher if I did not do a "subscription!" Okay, so I subscribed and then entered the first two of three gift cards. First, it told me that the code was not valid. Get this... The gift card lists the code in all caps. When I entered it as shown on the card, I got the error. Time and time again, until I entered that same code in lowercase, and then it was accepted.
The first two cards were entered OK, but the third one kept telling me that the code is locked. I tried again, and each time I had to do a seemingly endless CAPTCHA challenge. EACH.TIME.
Back to the order page. Now it says my password is incorrect. I re-enter it, and the page not only loses my order, but also the two cards that got entered successfully.
I have been in this fiasco for nearly an hour. Still getting the code error. Next, I used the "Help" chat and got the AI "Simone" assistant, who eventually sent me to a real person named "Aimee." She verified the card had $100 on it, but little else. I wait and wait while she tries to find out what the issue is. Guess what? The chat is terminated by her.
I am letting my employer know that these gift cards have not worked. Omaha Steaks is an option to our 100k+ user base for awards, and I cannot wait to tell them about my experience. I am hoping they can get refunded, and I can pick out a decent company.
Needless to say, there is NO WAY that I would ever consider doing business with Omaha Steaks again. What an epic waste of time for me today.

For the 2nd time in 6 months our package was delivered thawed and no dried ice inside. The customer service reps are always nice and gave us assurance that our package would be replaced. However, that doesn't help with the inconvenience it causes. The 1st time was at Christmas and we had planned our Christmas eve dinner around our steaks from Omaha. This time, we had planned our Sunday dinner around the Omaha delivery. We are pretty patient most of the time, but I think we are finished ordering from Omaha.
