I had stayed in an Oasis provided temporary accommodation with my cats. As the place had all fees for pet acceptance, have covered this at quite a cost. But then, after my departure, they charged me for some "damage" in the flat which could basically be normal wear&tear, but because the place knew I had cats inside, they made a big fuss around it and charged me loads!!! This is very unfair, either don't accept pets or be clearer about conditions. Nothing justifies me renewing the apartment with almost a month rent cost.
