They caused thousands of dollars damage to my items and will not honour the insurance (they just ignore me completely), despite me paying extra for full insurance. They will not respond to emails. They will not let me speak with any supervisor. They continually ignore me. They do not answer the phone - EVER. Even if they did answer, it would be useless as they can barely speak english. Dont use this company!

They are the pirates of two gaming chair , one Adidas NMD R1 & an aftershockz headphone all together they rob my items over $1000 on not a single logical point. Never did how i paid them did it chargeback or i violate any terms its the manager who won over my packages and never replied back never ever try them

I have been using the service with absolute peace of mind , and believe me i have used other services also , and came to conclusion that this is the best choice , i stay in United Arab Emirates.

Scam! They make you pay for a higher weight. There is a picture in the screen with how much it weighs, but they charge double so they can pass on more shipping costs, they also claim that you get a 60% discount? But that is nowhere to be found! Do not work with this company !!!

I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and during the past years quality and service level has decreased slowly.

This culminated on May 20th where a shipment of mine worth $900 was delivered to the NyBox warehouse but wasn't listed under my suite manager.

Since then I have received a few replies from their customer service - each time with a new explanation which more or less seemed like a way to stall everything.

I was promised a replay today Jun 2nd which is 14 days since the shipment was delivered to the warehouse. I didn't hear anything from NyBox at all!

If for some reason the company does not cover my $900 loss for the lost shipment this madder will evolve into submitting a theft and compensation claim with the local police in Wallington, NJ.

I been a customer since 2009. Back then service was great with live chat, and packages show in my account same day. Last year service was also great but now I ordered stuff and it takes 2 business days to show my packages in my account. Furthermore, it takes OVER than 24 hours to consolidate my packages.

If you are in a rush to receive your packages, this company unfortunately is not for you. There is no difference between this company and Aramex ShopnShip (but Aramex is much cheaper and has an office in my country to ask about something if something feels wrong.)

I will gladly close my account soon and consider US Global Mail (yes it is more expensive but they have excellent reviews online, something I look forward to.)

I am a registered customer since 2013 and honestly I have a very good experience up to now. Maybe they need to handle anything quicker and their website needs a refresh, however, I never lost a package, they always reply back and I trust doing business with them.

Worst service ever. Placed my acocunt on hold for no reasonable reason, and no response from customer service for mor ethan a week now. Keep away!

They lost 3 boxes and $2.000 in value. They didn´t pay me for the missing parts. BAD COMPANY!!!!!!! DON´T MAKE BUSSINESS WITH THEM. Scammers!!!!!!!!!

They deserve 0 stars!!!!
They are not answering emails and not answering calls. They lost 2 of my packages, sent one on different address, and I was missing products from my packages. I payed 100+ usd for one package and they never returned my mony and I never got my packages! I'm so mad! I will go everywher and do anything to spread the word and save other people for doing the same mistake.
