Gaming PC
Bought a PC not to long ago and it had an issue upon arriving, within a couple of hours I was called and ran through some troubleshooting to see if it could be fixed on my end , whilst it would not they guys arranged a collection to diagnose the issue and sort it for me which was all done and dusted within a week and the tech repair team even called me to let me know what the issue was and that they’ve fixed it all.
Special shout out to Simon who had emailed and troubleshooted through the cause and even ensured it was working all ok for me. Having a PC arrive broken is never ideal but the lengths they went to make it right ensured I have full trust in them and would not hesitate to buy from in the future but also to recommend to others

Very good communication
Very good communication as a hitch while paying made me think the order hadn't completed so I did it again and duplicated my order. I quickly received an email querying my orders but, as the price was good, decided to ho ahead with both.
