Will and Andrea were efficient, patient and very prompt to reply to any queries we had and found us a very competitive Mortgage. I have always found them to be receptive to individual circumstances as they have a positive and welcoming approach. This is the third time I have used this Company for a Mortgage and will definitely do so the next time.

Working with Gemma and Toby was a great experience. Gemma was super clear in our first meeting with what to expect, how to budget and what the process looked like. We were first time buyers, so it felt like an intimidating process, however Gemma took the fear out of it. Toby kept us informed throughout the process, updating us with anything we needed to know, and any changes with rates, making sure they were always securing the best rate for us. Gemma provided absolutely outstanding service during the recent remortgage. Despite the complexity of the case, (all out of Gemma’s control) Gemma and Toby worked tirelessly chasing and relaying updates back to me, in a very timely manner.

Engaging Gemma was the best decision we made when deciding we wanted to purchase our first home.

From the get-go Gemma informed us about all the options we had. Our journey towards a new home was not the most straightforward and, throughout the whole 11 months it took us to finally find the one, she was consistently able to deliver a really high standard of support and counsel. She guided us through one too many complicated situations, from helping us after being gazumped (which we didn’t even know was a thing!) to helping us find our dream home. She is an exceptional professional who has the ability to make the complicated easy to understand.

Gemma and Toby were also extremely proactive, and would give us some updates regarding better mortgage rates that they had proactively applied for.

Throughout this very stressful time we were always happy to see Gemma’s email come through as we knew her name pop up meant good news! We cannot thank Gemma and Toby enough for their support and words cannot explain how much they have done for us.

Both Andrea and Will helped myself and my partner navigate through the house buying process as first time buyers. Ella made the whole process of remortgaging very straightforward. All the options were explained clearly making it easy for me to choose the right product. I was regularly updated on progress so I was fully aware of how my application was proceeding.
