mesh breathable ball bag
I purchased a new mesh breathable ball bag which I was looking forward to using ( yes I know it’s a bit sad ) however after using it twice with only 10 balls in the bag and not 12 the carrying handle snapped. My old mitre bag had a double strap that carried 12 balls which has lasted me 6 years but this new one has one handle and as I said it just snapped but came away from the very bottom where it clearly wasn’t stitched properly. Such a shame and a shame I didn’t buy from mitre direct otherwise I guess they would of sent me a replacement

You took my sons money and did not deliver his ball. Dpd pretended to try and deliver then it seems to be sent back. No email, or replacement, no refund. Left my son feeling ripped off. I've tryed your email form which crashed 3 times and chat bot did not work. Awful

I am NOT kiddining never in my life ive had such an elite experience in buying anything
1st i put in the worng adress and the wrong size ball the order was already shipped and in swiss too i believe compeltely my fault they MIDWAY cancelled it idk how and gaveme not only the ball money BUT THE SHIPPING THEY ALREADY PAID OUT OF THEIR OWN PICKET TOO
2nd when i reordered in the right size and adress it got here and im not joking From the UK to swiss in 2-4 Days NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS THAT HAPPENED even not with packages in swiss itself
Im not kidding the ball quality is soooo superior tha the price i mean a QUALITY PRO FOOTBALL (pro football grade) FOR ONLY 50CHF (i paid 22.5chf in sale) No like im really saying absolute best customer seevice and quality - price

Finally made a significant change to using futsal balls for our indoor 5 aside weekly games after 20 years!
This change to using futsal balls instead of the yellow furry bouncy indoor footballs which didn’t last was well overdue! After debates online with Mitre, I finally decided to place an order for 2x futsal footballs for use in our club established since 2005! Hoping these balls will be more durable & last much longer than just a couple months with better quality ball play!

For more than 20 years
For more than 20 years, I've relied on Mitre's indoor size 4 footballs. Regrettably, I've observed a significant decline in the quality of the yellow felt indoor balls in recent times. The older versions maintained their shape and durability much better than the latest ones. Despite the rising cost, the quality has noticeably diminished. We're now exploring other possibilities since there aren't many good alternatives available. Mitre, please step up your game!

Horrible Experience with Mitre UK and DHL, Disappointed Xmas for the Boys!
Review from Perth, Australia, a gift supposed to be for Xmas and now we received NOTHING but refund.
Item was supposed to be mailed from Newcastle, UK to Perth, Australia
1. Purchased - 27th Nov 2025
2. Dispatched - 30th Nov 2025
3. Constantly Checking on the shipping status on DHL - No movement at all
4. Checked with Mitre UK - 20 Dec 2025
5. Mitre UK replied on - 22 Dec 2025 said to check
6. Sent follow-up email - 24 Dec 2025 (no response)
7. Sent another follow-up email - 30 Dec 2025
8. Mitre replied on 31 Dec 2025 said still no update from DHL (outrageous) so they will refund as requested.
11 days to check, Mitre UK cannot get result from their logistic supplier, what an efficiency and effectiveness from a local brand, how are you going to excel in today's competitive market with such terrible STANDARD?
P/S: Follow-up on my review, I think Mitre UK pretended to have dispatched my order, but they actually did nothing at all, I bet DHL don't even received the products yet, because Mitre UK OVERSOLD the ball with the quantity they have. (I have all the proofs and screenshots)
A brand / company without integrity is not worth our support, such experience will become W-O-M (Worth-of-Mouth) for sure.
Absolutely pathetic, GOD BLESS Mitre UK.

Ordered a personalised football which looks the part hence the 3 stars. But unfortunately after my boy playing football for 10 minutes his name came off. It’s really not fit for use, more as a display item.

Name peeling at room temperature
Name Peeling and Delivery outside of what is promised. Personalised football opened on Christmas Day and by the 29th it started peeling. Football hasn't even left the house and kept at room temperature whilst away. Personalised name started curling off. Stay clear.

Indoor footballs
I have brought 2 of the Ultimatch Indoor Football Yellow/Black and they have been nothing short of shambolic, one ball deflated and was unusable after 2 games of football ( total 2 hours of play) and the other one lasted a couple more games than that. I dont know what has happened to your indoor footballs but they use to be so good and reliable, bring back the cyclone. It just seems like you dont care about indoor balls anymore as theyre poorly made and dont last. Avoid like the plague, although there is very little market out there for indoor balls, these have been the worst yet.
