Not even worth one star. I wish I had found a review on them sooner. Currently in a email correspondance (5emails on and still no solurtion) after receiving the WRONG pair of shoes. Awefull quality, they take at least 2 weeks to reply, in poor english and with no outcome or next steps. Pretty Sure I wont see my £70 back and I am left with fake brand shoes.
Don´t ever by shoes from this company. 08.10.16 I ordred a pair of El Naturalista shoes for 66,03 £ inkluding shipping to Denmark. The day after they charged 89,59 USD. There is no phone number to call the company, so I wrote several emails, why they charged me more than on their web. They didn´t answer! I wrote them several e-mails again, and 22.10.16 I received an answer that my shoes had been posted. Today I could collect them. They arrived from China and they are NOT the shoes, which I ordered. On the parcel the value says 10 USD, and the shoes, are very bad quality. DON´T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will definitely loose all of your money. I am SO disappointed!!
