The pricing on the shelves is rarely…

The pricing on the shelves is rarely accurate. You only find out after a lengthy queue after which they offer you a coupon instead of a refund. The items on sale are rarely available. Shelves are mostly empty even on the first day of offers meaning they intentionally do not stock enough and its just a scam to get you to go to the store. Highly inefficient staff who really don't care if you have to complain. I usually avoid the store but today they had a particular cat food at a reduced price. Needless to say they'd run out. Staff couldn't care less. I took my wrongly priced articles and got out of there. Didn't want the refund coupon so i don't have to go back. Ever.
