Top notch service, worth every penny for that kind of peace of mind. We’ve been picked up within 15 from leaving the airport, 3 minutes drive and we were in the car. Messaging system prior to that worked amazing and speeded everything up. But my jaw was literally on the floor when car return took less than 2 minutes when I was prepared for an hour. If we go back to Malaga again, I will not even look at different companies! And my Jeep was amazing company for our trip, absolutely in love with this car 🩷

Very busy and popular company.
We were surprised on motorway at start of our trip when a warning came up on the screen that car needed oil. We stopped at next garage to buy oil.
We mentioned it when returning the car but they were too busy to be in any way interested. We were told we should have proof with photos.
Perhaps better servicing required in this company to ensure safety.

As per the reply below we sent a copy of credit card statement with amount for oil - not accepted.
It's the safety issue not the money.

Booking online is easy. You get a quick response if you send a message. And at a great price! Free additional driver and no deposit! Picking up and dropping off the rental car was easy. The car was clean and in good condition.
However, the shuttle bus to and from the airport is small, so expect a wait if you aren't among the first to leave the airport. The same applies to the return trip to the airport.

We just had a week in Spain, we rented from Malagacars.com We could not believe how easy the whole experience was. From being picked up from the airport and driven to their location, picking up the car and returning it was just excellent. No hidden cost, no one trying to push you to upgrade your choice of car it was just so simple. Other rental car companies should be looking at the way you run your company. We had to travel back to the uk a number of times this year and had to rent a car the process was so painful eachtime. Last time we waited over an hour to pick a rented car. With Malagacars.com the whole process took less than 10 minutes and we had the key to the rented car in our hands. All I can say is well done malaga cars team! We will be back renting from you. The price was great too.

Third time I've used MalagaCar and I like that there are no hidden price rises or unclear policies. Everyone is friendly and patient.

On my recent trip, I'd put the wrong start time for my hire - 1030am instead of 1030pm. They still found me a car - it was no problem at all - and I was on my way to my accommodation after just a short delay.

Provided you do NOT need any assisted travel support MalagaCar are ok but since they’ve become so much busier now when returning you to the airport, they NO longer drop you off at the departure point instead they take you back to the new client collection when you then have to walk much further. Such a shame as before they became busier the service was good. Despite ADVISING the coach driver before boarding we needed to be taken to the drop off point he ignored this request. VERY disappointing.

Arrived at the bus pickup point to find a very long queue for the transfer bus. Although initially annoying, two buses arrived in quick succession and we were soon at the garage. A big rush to the office ensued but, again, the system (self-service terminal) is quick and efficient (as long as you pre-registered your licence info). Coming back, the queue at the garage for the bus was even longer but this time there were fewer buses operating and we waited 30 mins before heading off to to the terminal - very frustrating. In terms of the car, the first one had a noise problem with the exhaust and I had to return it to the garage. The replacement vehicle, however, was excellent. This was the first time I used them and will probably give them one more try to see if the problem issues were out of the norm. The price was very competitive.

Very disappointed this time. I used to hier a car here, and always very good. This time , I din’t know the policy about fuel was changed. Now you have to deliver the car with the same fuel you got it before . In the past was ful-full. So I deliver it full back, while it was’nt so, was only half. I asked for restitution and they denied it.
Very dispointed because everyone can make a mistake ones, right?
So I Will not hire here anymore, that’s for sure.

If the fuel policy have not changed, why do I always have got the car with full fuel deposit? and I always have returned the same!

Excellent automation which leads to very short pick-up and return times. Frequent shuttle, friendly People. Good cars.

Personally they could do better at providing you a car with no scratches or cosmetic damage like front bumper sticking out of its natural position etc.
Overall they are pretty good company can’t blame them really,
The staff person that was dealing with us when picking up the car been quite professional but felt a bit too busy to talk to when we asked for the model we originally ordered, but later on she explained that is not available, I would recommend this one only cause there is no limit on the distance you can do and no deposit or hidden fees when you rent, also if you take the full package you don’t have to worry about nothing apart from refuelling and I think with the full package you also have additional driver for free, when returning the car they were pretty flexible with us knowing that we returned the car about 40minutes after the scheduled time so overall as i said not too bad people to do business with

I did not like the reception and the quality of my car. I opted for a VW Taigo and got a Seat Arona. Although only used dor about 28k kilometers, the car had many damages. On both sides and on the front bumper. Also the sunscreen on the drivers side was simply gone, broke off.

None of this was listed in the mail I received, and I went to the counter. They told me all damages were registered. So not to worry.

Returning the car went smooth and I was told everything was OK.

Good price, quick return. The only cons I had: I hoped our isofix child seat would be installed in the car not that we had to go ask for it and then install it ourselves. Also our car was parked in a bad spot near the return area and we had to wait some time to actually be able to leave the area with our car.

The renting process is fluent and customer service is great.

Car was ready to go, easy and no hassel handin. Excelent service.
