Absolutely terrible company to order…

Absolutely terrible company to order from online.

I purchased some items almost two weeks ago, suprise suprise Evri lost the parcel.

I was promised a replacement next working day with order number stating DPD were delivering, nothing arrived. The Monday I recieved an email to say that they have sent out my parcel with Evri for next day delivery.
Well today is the next day and suprise suprise Evri have not delivered.

Now Lush are trying to back track on this by saying they next promised this even though I have an email stating that my parcel will be delivered by DPD!

Poor customer service and late…

Poor customer service and late deliveries. Wouldn't bother ordering from the online shop.

Terrible sales assistant

I visited earlier this month, on Saturday 15th. The female sales assistant in the blue and white shirt was disgustingly rude and behaved outrageously towards my sisters, who were Lush customers before this incident.
