They was swift and actioned my issue quickly that I had

Sleazy, bottom of the barrel website. Literally use any other website. We were charged twice for our car park and they refuse to refund.

Quick reply and clear answers on some questions I had.

Booked via Ryan air. NO details given on length of parking, not sufficent time for my trip, charged more than the official airport parking. no cancellation allowed at all despite no details being available prior to payment.

Really happy with the customer service I contacted by mail.
I need to cancel my booking and I get I a refund the same day.

I do not recommend this service provider at all for Frankfurt-Hahn.
The parking we booked in advance was unavailable because construction was blocking access. So we had to return to the airport to park.
So we paid twice for parking, and this service provider didn't even make a commercial gesture, despite the photos we sent. Stay away from this low-cost company.

J’ai réservé un parking via Ryanair pour l’aéroport de Beauvais fin juillet 2025. Le jour du départ, je n’ai jamais reçu les informations d’accès au parking. Impossible donc d’y entrer !
J’ai dû, dans l’urgence, trouver une autre solution alors que tous les parkings étaient complets. Une vraie galère juste avant mon vol.

J’ai contacté le service client qui m’a répondu poliment, m’assurant d’un remboursement sous 4 à 5 semaines. Nous sommes mi-octobre, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
C’est inadmissible : aucune relance, aucun suivi, aucune considération du client.
Service à fuir, manque total de fiabilité et de sérieux !

I booked a parking space through Ryanair for Beauvais Airport at the end of July 2025. On the day of my trip, I never received the access details for the parking. As a result, I couldn’t get in and had to find a last-minute solution, even though all nearby car parks were full. It was a nightmare just before my flight.

I contacted customer service, and they replied politely, assuring me I would receive a refund within 4–5 weeks. It’s now mid-October, and I still haven’t received anything.
Completely unacceptable — no follow-up, no refund, no professionalism whatsoever.

Unreliable service — avoid, avoid, avoid!

Booked last minute as an emergency, wasnt advised couldnt cancel as was within the 24hour period already. Quick to get my money but point blank refused to refund, despite my asking if I could get refund. Never using again. Emailed customer service who agreed to partially refund after looking at the case, never heard from her again either, despite sending repeat emails.

I booked the parking via Ryanair, I just needed a query on parking times. I needed to go around customer services of Ryan air..the 1st 2 agents of Ryanair are not helpful until I get to the 3rd agent. 200 are in queue everytime I contact online agents. My point is that, customers should be able to contact and manage their bookings directly to you even if it is booked via 3rd party. I was able to contact your customer service but cannot do anything he said. So all the contacts I made just to confirm times for parking I think is too much.

Do not book with looking4parking. Took our money and sent a confirmation email, but we only found out at the airport that no parking space had been booked for us.
No one to talk to on the day to help us, apart from an email stating they would get back to us within 72 hours.
Sent two emails to ask for clarification and to ask for a refund, still waiting for a reply, but doubt I will receive one.
A total scam that cost us money and we nearly missed our plane.
Never again will I book with them.

Refund given straight away

I booked airport parking through Looking4.com because the quoted price looked decent in my local currency. But later, I found out my bank charged an overseas transaction fee — something Looking4.com never mentioned. Turns out the payment goes to a foreign bank. After adding the booking fee and the extra charge, it ended up costing more than booking directly with the car park. Disappointing and not transparent. I won’t be using this site again.

Disaster on wheels. Unhelpful and dangerous. I was left with no help or support. Operators did what they wanted to do without consent to save their own backs. Rude and unhelpful.

Booked through them but they farmed it out to a company that have delivered our vehicle back damaged. No response from Looking4parking as if yet

Wow. Horrible.
I have a van, normal size, but 20 cm too long according to looking4parking.
When i arrived at the parking lot, they made me pay 70 extra euro. More than doubling my price.
They are crooks and need to be shut down.
They have no desire to make it right though I tried.

Given price, but kept being told there was a technical error, despite the money leaving my bank(subsequently cancelled by Looking4) . Contacted live chat who said there was nothing they could do and suggested I tried later. An hour later 25% increase on price, and when I emailed to query this totally ignored

Easy to use and if any issues arise quickly resolved. Use them every time we need airport parking.

Avoid at any cost. They refused to refund the paid parking after cancelling my reservation due to overbooking.

Encouraging scam places with in Australia,
Also not responding to any support emails.
