Although easy to book I did have problems amending my booking when it asks for extra info after payment. I emailed customer support who came straight back to me and when I emailed them the details, amended immediately.

Made a mistake on return times, dropped an email to them and changed without fuss or cost.
Very quick also to acknowledge and change.

Speedy response and resolution

Used this service a few times and very good customer service skills. Booked another stay and in put the wrong data for booking and didn’t realise until I got confirmation booking. Emailed them straight away and was all resolved in less than a couple of hours

We've used Jet Parks @Stansted a few times and we find it to be easy and secure. We park up and keep our keys with us. So our car stays where we leave it. We get on the big shuttle bus, which stops at every zone, and it picks you up and drops you off again at the end of your holiday. Security barriers prevent unauthorised entry/exit.

We've just booked again and I didn't put in 2 passengers, so sent a message on their Contact Form and received a message saying all dealt with, and an amended invoice emailed to me. No problems.

Due to miscommunication with my wife, we booked twice the same parking for the same duration and same car. We identified this late. Alerting the company, i asked for payback of one of the 2 reservations, knowing from T&Cs that you cannot be payed back if you ask later 24 Hours of your 1st day stay. I was very happy when i learnt i would be paid back, which now practically occurred. Very glad about this outcome obviously!

Shocking service, booked the park for 7 nights as that what it should have been but unfortunately got an infectious gastric disease while away which not only spoilt my holiday but as there was no contact whatsoever at the car park to inform them I would be 2 nights late had to take it on the chin when I got back and believe me I did, they actually charged me double the initial parking fee for 7 nights which I thought utter robbery so guys be aware of this lot if your late expect to be ripped off.

A very poor experience and most likely will never use this car park again. The bus drivers are arrogant, the car park was in a very poor condition so many deep potholes just not fit for purpose. You can’t treat your customers like this, then expect them to be returning customers.

Booked jetparks Manchester for next month. Once payment was confirmed I looked at the booking and the arrival time had changed from AM to PM, and the return time from PM to AM. This was 100% not a mistake by me because I double checked everything before confirming. Thinking it's a simple error I tried to amend the booking. There is nowhere to amend. Tried to contact someone, there is no contact. Eventually found a umber which sends you through to the airport which just sends you back to these third party fraudsters. It's my bad for going third party. My advice to everyone is to avoid these criminals and book directly through manchester airport.
