I have spoke with Mica today and I was very satisfied with her quick response and accurate guidance as to how I will return items. After explaining to me via the online chat what I have to do she also sent an email with everything I would need in order to do the return. Thank you Mica

look fantastic has many different amazing brands and very quick and helpful customer care.
I have subscribed for the beauty box it is quite stunning from the lovely boxes to the very products inside.
Delivery is quite fast as well.

Still waiting for order or refund, 2 weeks later!

2 weeks and still don’t have my order. Staff are scum, zero personality robots who sound like they would rather die than help customers.
Don’t have my order, nor do I have a refund. Absolutely shocked at the amount of good reviews this company has.
Thieving, lying.
It would be atleast bearable if they gave me my money back!

Oh and don’t let their reply to my review below fool you. I replied with my order number and they ignored me!

The Ordinary Niacinamide and zinc- the product I never knew I needed in my life.

The Ordinary Niacinamide and zinc serum is a must-have. I like how it easily absorbs into the skin and is light-weight. I have combination skin that gets really oily around my T-zone area and this has helped a lot!! Now, I get less shine on my face during the day. I just started using it so I know it'll regulate and maybe, stop the oil production if i'm consistent.

Worst experience with them

Worst experience with them . I never recieved a product in the order , i was getting 3 items, one item wasnt in the box . I emailed them through my account as cant email or whatsapp them directly . They wanted proof and never once suggested they would post it out . Back and forth for 2days and bare in mind this is only a 7eur The Ordinary product. Wasted 2 days of my time getting fustrated and still no outcome as arent posting it out . Will never buy from them as worsr customer service . Down 7eur . I will stick with my old reliables cultbeauty and cloud10 . Far superior sites.
