professional, knowledgeable, patient!
henning flatow handled our loan application in a professional and friendly manner. his advice was instructive and showed his deep understanding of the mortgage market. there were some unforeseen hiccups but henning handled these with a reasoned professionalism that identified the problem and made sure it was quickly remedied to our satisfaction. i have no hesitation in recommending henning.
