The way it should be

I think that the system of distributing internet orders to stores works well. If one needs to contact the store, one is dealing with staff who also deal face to face with customers and know their stock well. There was a small mistake on my order, which had already been picked up and rectified when I called about it. From my many dealings WITH OCD, I have confidence in your customer service.

LCE are good to deal with. However, I felt somewhat short changed with the exchange value of some of my equipment. Having checked the trade in value and sale price the former was underwhelming. At the time I let the matter slide.
All round they are deserved of my rating, nothing in life is perfect!
