It took forever with the commands on the touch screen. Wouldn't easily take my bankcard until I pressed edit and then was able to proceed. Im assuming it is a faulty machine. Key did print up okay

Super easy to replace three keys for my office. I was a little concerned when I lined up the copies to the orginal. They looked a little different, but the keys worked perfectly!

I wanted to save my key
I wanted to save my key, but had to change screens and lost the opportunity. I would have had to pay again to save it. There could be a way to allow immediate change to allow saving last key if you are still logged in at the kiosk. Disappointed, but otherwise good experience.

Convienient location. High price, easy refund
My regular shop would have been half the time for twice the keys. All copies of both, guaranteed to work at a total cost of what one set of 3 cost at your kiosk. But kiosk more convienient.
