Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service
My son is at Ball State in college, so I had to call on a Sunday to have assistance getting his truck unlocked. The man who came to help him, was rude to him and told him he was frustrated because he had to drive all the way from Indianapolis to Muncie. I paid a prime price for that but he also made my college son give him a $30 tip on top of the $176 I already paid! That is ridiculous and unprofessional. Very disappointed!

Won’t give timing until payment made. Dispatcher said it would be posted as urgent (it was) and once payment was made, text was sent indicating 1 hour before tech would arrive. Very stressful and would have preferred knowing that up front so that i could move on to another company that could meet my needs better
