Well John Goodwin have produced a well presented web sales brochure for my property but unfortunately I was not aware that my Apartment was on the market.

Not a very professional service from an experienced estate agent.

What happened ?

I recently bought my first house with John Goodwin and dealt primarily with Henry at the Malvern office. My experience could not have been any better, Henry was absolutely fantastic at keeping me in the loop with everything, finding an answer for all my (sometimes silly) questions and being really friendly and communicative through every step of the journey!
I am really grateful that he was able to make such a stressful experience less stressful and would definitely use again in future - thank you!

Highly recommend John Goodwin Estate Agents Ross on Wye & Ledbury. Amanda and the team in ross on wye were exceptional, great customer service, friendly & professional, often going above & beyond to see our sale go through as smoothly as possible. Sarah from the Ledbury branch was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful when overseeing a purchase. We will definitely use these Agents again.

I am an experienced auction buyer but my first time using John Goodwin fine art auctions. I hope to use them again. Excellent service start to finish and an exceptionally low buyers commission. Purchased jewellery items were expertly and discretely packed by James at a very reasonable cost taking into account time, materials and the cost of insurance. Items were packed same day and received the following day after payment.

I used John Goodwin for auctioning a lot of furniture and paintings. Chris was excellent at managing my expectations and I was very pleased with the auction results. I would highly recommend John Goodwin for anyone wishing to sell antiques or good quality paintings.

I used John Goodwin saleroom to buy some items through the Easyliveauction site. I had used them before and found their service to be a bit slow but ok.
This time however they are just taking the p*ss, I bought three small items that could easily fit in a Royal mail medium parcel box and be posted fully insured for £3.39 using the Tracked 48 service. They quoted me over £30 for the same service! So basically they are just bone idle and not interested in offering a proper service suited to the internet age.
However I have just seen they are also estate agents, why am I not surprised! Avoid like the plague if buying on-line

In my opinion, the worst, most unprofessional experience I have had with an estate agent.

Recently purchased a property through John Goodwin and it was a terrible experience. I found John Goodwin himself to be very male chauvinistic, the way he spoke to me was wholly different to how he spoke to my husband.

I felt bullied through the entire process and felt I had to have things explained to him several times, which you wouldn't expect to have to do to an estate agent professional.

If you have no choice as your dream property happens to be at this estate agent, make sure you check details and look through the property with a fine tooth comb as I found there were details not included.

My advice is steer clear if you can!
