SCAM: HOTEL JARDÍN TROPICAL EN TENERIFE

HOTEL JARDÍN TROPICAL EN TENERIFE. Ignore the website and professional photos we could not wait to checkout of this horrible hotel. One star service from a two star hotel with five star prices.

On arrival we were told we had missed our child off our booking, the hotel then demanded payment of 700 Euros for our child to stay. We contacted our booking company who have also informed the hotel that we have a correct booking of two adults and one child and they still refuse to issue a refund.

This is an unethical and money grabbing company that should be avoided at all costs.

Chakib Ouass the Guest Experience Manager at Hotel Jardín Tropical has refused our refund and demonstrated the worst levels of customer service we've ever experienced.
