Items delivered very quickly
Items delivered very quickly, plus I had my original parcel stolen from my front doorstep, it’s not ITS fault but DPD, they left it on my front doorstep and DPD didn’t bother to help, but FairPlay to ITS Customer services, they sorted out our problem, I will say ITS should not have reimbursed me but DPD.
I will definitely order from ITS again but I’m far from happy with their couriers

After been a loyal customer for years I did expect the usual free gift which is a lovely touch but this time I didnt receive for some reason.
Didn't receive a free gift which was very disappointing especially after spending 900 quid.

Check offer terms in depth
Delivery was quick even if the delivery man delivered to the wrong address but I guess that's not really ITS fault.
Bosch product is as good as expected.
Tool was eligible for a free battery but only realised after the order was placed that you need the serial number of the product to redeem.
Ordered on the 30th, Bosch offer ended on the 31st, received the tool on the 1st. No battery was redeemed as the tool is now £10 under the limit of the new offer to redeem a battery. As a customer you shouldn't have to find yourself in such situation, the payment was made on the 30th, it's all a bit frustrating but hopefully it can help next customers to double check those offers.
