staples and nails slopping around the box
I really love using ITS - so quick, reliable and decent prices but all the staples and nails were mashed up in the box again.
It's not a biggie but it is a hassle to gather them all up and try to get them back in their packs.

Always last on the delivery so didn’t get delivered will be the same again tomorrow! So who knows when I will get my tools ! Had to put my other big order for tools to another company that don’t use DPD
