My recent purchase with this company was my first, and what a great experience. I placed an order late in the afternoon and the parcel was delivered the next day. They and the delivery firm kept me updated throughout. Excellent price & service!

Bosch lawn mower
Mower arrived v quickly. Price was best I could find including batteries and charger. Hope this one as good as last which I have used on an allotment and garden for several years. Only downside is 2 batteries to be used and had recently purchased a 36 volt one which will not fit new mower

Great People to Deal With.
I have been dealing with ITS over the past few years and have bought stuff mainly online but in store too.
I have found them easy to speak to and customer service is great if anything goes wrong with the delivery.
I had a delivery out of which one box was delivered to the wrong address (my neighbour). Within minutes, Amz sent me a proof of delivery and I was able to get my goods and get working.
