Helpful customer support

We were unfortunately a little disappointed with the product itself, as it developed problems relatively quickly despite its high price. However, this review is specifically about iRobot’s customer support, which was genuinely helpful to us.

The communication took some time, and we sometimes had to wait for a reply, but the issue was ultimately resolved in a way that was more than satisfactory for us.

Of course, we would have preferred not to have the problem in the first place. But when something does go wrong, having a customer support team that actually listens and works towards a solution makes a big difference.

I bought a Roomba combo 705 a week ago…

I bought a Roomba combo 705 a week ago (for 600€, with a discount operated by Darty, the French reseller).
The robot does not work properly. Erratic behavior, wrong and incomplete mapping, unefficient hoovering and washing. I tried to call the technical service of the company in France with no success. What a complete shame, buying such a useless machine is a waste of money and efforts.
