I love Hertz. They didn’t get 5 stars because I dropped it off a day earlier due to weather/airport issues that were anticipated and iI returned to a different location. I set it up on the phone but they acted like they never knew and charged me $70 and didn’t subtract anything for turning it in 24 hours early
my experience was great Hertz had my vehicle ready for me to pick up. There were no lines. When I returned the vehicle it was fast and convenient.
