this experience was much better than my pick up at Albany in AUG. Car was clean and didn't smell like weed this time. people were polite both check in and return. While the space are numbered, the rows were not in parking lot so I hit the panic button to find the car.

I screwed up on dates online and technically didn’t have a car reserved. After the agent alerted me to it, I gave him a crabby, rude response. He responded with a courteous, professional answer. He then proceeded to fix my mistake and got me a car.
