Went down to their showroom at Grantral Mall,
Staff was not very friendly and no patient. When we step in the showroom, the staffs still discussing whether to serve us. Finally a lady came to serve us but the way she introduced also not friendly. Just say whatapps us the catalogue and we asked question, she asked us to choice from the catalogue… when we step out of the showroom, the other staff started to laughed… my feeling was …. They thinking…. U see they not serious buyer no need to serve…. The whole process was not feeling good with their services.

Chloe is only responsive when you want to buy.. after sale she disappeared when you need clarification.

Now I understand why the poor ratings..

Very poor service from Wenxx. Gave a quotation to me and I paid deposit for about a week, never even check if material is available. Have to keep chasing her to give me things. When went down to the show room, all the staff were busy talking to themselves and they don't care about customers who walk in. Lack of technical knowledge and customer service.

Respone very slow, liaise with the sales person called Ms.C for 1 month only understand what I need. Even give drawing to them also can do wrong gate design. Do reduce wastage, we accept the wrong design gate. Finally come install gate, then no install unit number. Follow up with them , just tell me will check....then no update for 1 week.

My key cannot get into key hole after modification. Was told the manager will call me. Till now, nobody to follow up with my issue. The sales person is not professional in answering my queries as though nothing had happen. Cannot be trusted.

One of the best Door provider in Singapore. I am highly impressed with their service. They have given me the best and highly secured door at a good price. I would surely recommend them to my friends and family.

They are impossible to get in touch with. On their website they have 7 phone numbers listed, but no one picks up the phone, and when you text them, their standard response is that they are busy. Pathetic work culture. Stay away from them.

I bought full solid laminated door for my house. Its good. I like the way they design that and maintaining is very easy. Good delivery. Excellent big thanks for them.

Ordered a mild steel gate from HDDOOR. The experience was a nightmare. The gate that they have installed have the main door eye hole entirely blocked by one of the horizontal gate bar! My gate design is one with many horizontal bars across.

After 1 month of negotiating and wrestling with the salesperson Wendy, they finally agreed to replace a new gate for me.

After almost another month, they replaced and installed the new gate. And the workmanship is terrible. Some of the horizontal bars are full of small little holes that make them look like white dots!

Seriously, never would I have expected this kind of poor quality workmanship and nightmare from this HDDOOR.

Order the fire rated door, mild steel gate and laminate bedroom door from them, the installation process was fast and installer came and did a great job for the installation for us. Thank you HDDoor & Leon!
