Fantastic experience from the off, cup of coffee and friendly staff prior to our appt while we waited. Chantel went the extra mile to help us find the perfect booking for our honeymoon and was completely transparent with everything can’t thank her enough for her time! Phoned the next day to pay deposit which was handled by Sarah, straight forward and again she went above and beyond to help too-Will definitely be coming back to book in the future! Bonus was meeting father Xmas in the pop up stall!

After popping in to collect my tickets for this years holiday. I ended up booking a holiday to florida next year, I can’t thank tracey enough for all her help and knowledge. We must of spent a good hour going over everything and getting a good price for it all. When booking a holiday of this magnitude its reassuring to have someone to guide you through and break everything down

I was able to walk in and see an advisor straight away,so no waiting. The advisor (Abbi?) was very pleasant and customer focused and the was able to offer a price match and then process my holiday request very efficiently, and then advised me of next steps and timescales.Overall a great experience once again.

I am running out of superlatives to describe my experiences with Hays Travel. Each and every time I go into the store, I am treated like a VIP and always get excellent advice and walk out with a quality great value holiday. I can’t thank Libby and the whole team enough.
